UpperStand Digital was founded by Yaiza Magdalena, following years operating inside high-trust, high-performance animal industry environments—where results, discretion, and credibility were not optional.

Before systems, before digital infrastructure, and long before marketing, I worked inside the animal industry itself.

I spent years inside regulated, professional environments such as the Los Angeles Zoo and the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium, where standards are enforced, trust is earned through consistent performance, and mistakes carry real consequences.

I later became the owner and head trainer of a high-level canine training facility serving discerning clients who had the resources to work with anyone—and chose to work with us instead.

That work included training dogs for public figures, entertainers, and executives, including Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Queen Latifah, Keanu Reeves, Steve Wynn, and Michael Clarke Duncan, among many others.

I don’t share this to impress.

I share it to explain the standards behind everything we build.

This work is not shaped by theory, trends, or marketing abstractions—it is shaped by firsthand experience in environments where operational reliability determined professional credibility.
