I am also a trained veterinary technician, and that clinical experience shaped how these systems are designed to support the operational realities of veterinary clinics.
I spent years inside regulated, professional environments such as the Los Angeles Zoo and the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium, where standards are enforced, trust is earned through consistent performance, and mistakes carry real consequences.
I later became the owner and head trainer of a high-level canine training facility serving discerning clients who had the resources to work with anyone—and chose to work with us instead.
That work included training dogs for public figures, entertainers, and executives, including Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Queen Latifah, Keanu Reeves, Steve Wynn, and Michael Clarke Duncan, among many others.
